City Council Meeting

A new policy is in place to make City Council meetings more productive and efficient while giving you the chance to share your thoughts and feedback with us in a respectful and organized way.

Here’s how it works:

Request to Speak: Submit a written request to the City Clerk 24 hours before the meeting (with your name, address, and a brief topic description).

During Council Meetings:

Respectful Participation: Scheduled speaker’s feedback will be heard as long as it’s respectful – we’re here to listen!

Time Limits: Individuals get 2 minutes, and groups must choose one representative to speak for 4 minutes.

No Action on New Requests: New requests will be reviewed and discussed at future meetings for full consideration.

This policy helps ensure that meetings stay on track while giving you the opportunity to make your voice heard!
