• Be able to make decisions to improve production and product quality.

Starting wage will be based on work experience.

Work in a fast paced environment that assembles trailers and various components, with regard to specifications, and part lists, gathering parts subassemblies, tools and materials. Follow procedures and work instructions. Able to operate work safely, read measuring devices, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout you work shift. Prepares finished product for shipping so customer receives product as expected. Cleans and maintains safe work area.
